Our Vision

The Ridge at Chukker Creek is a family-owned and operated business. It is our vision to:

Create an environmentally friendly, sustainably built community that offers great amenities at an affordable price.
To preserve the natural beauty and equestrian character of the land through conservation and smart planning.
To promote healthy living and a real sense of community.
To use alternative energy sources wherever possible.

We are excited by progress so far. We have created The Freeman Nature Preserve with over 60 acres of pristine deciduous forest and a lake. Each homesite borders conservation land and has access to beautiful walking trails. Construction is progressing well on our amenities. The Solstice Meadow horse farm parcels south of the Freeman Nature Preserve are thoughtfully cleared and mostly fenced. We're currently working on connecting our trail network with the Old Hunt Grounds Trail Riders' Association trail network.

We are thrilled by the enthusiasm and positive feedback we are getting from the Aiken community, all who visit and especially those who are chosing to call us home.
