SUSAN JOHNSON, Sales Executive and Broker in Charge

Susan writes: I arrived in Aiken, October 1986 to pursue my passion for horses and to escape the New England winters. After 9 years of selling property in other master-planned communities, I am thrilled to be Broker-in-Charge at The Ridge at Chukker Creek. The Ridge is absolutely my favorite community and my husband Bob and I are building our dream home in the estate portion called Solstice Meadow. We are so happy to have found that very special place to call home.

PATRICIA BAXLEY, Sales Agent

Patricia and her husband, Don, moved to the area in 1984 from Wilmington, NC. They live on a farm and raise American Paint Horses and Texas Longhorn Cattle. Don and Patricia have fallen in love with the lifestyle in Aiken.

Patricia has worked in general brokerage and master planned communities since 1985 and has won many awards as a top real estate agent. Patricia loves helping people find their dream home and is very knowledgeable about the building process. She is proud to be a part of the team at The Ridge at Chukker Creek.

JOHN TIMMERMAN, Assistant to the President

John has been a builder for many years and has extensive commercial and residential construction experience. He has been involved with every phase of development at The Ridge from building trails to overseeing infrastructure improvements. John is happy to share his knowledge of the land, construction options and green building program with future homeowners.

BRENDA DISHER, Sales Assistant

Brenda was born and educated in England. She has a degree in business studies from Braintree College of Further Education. Brenda has worked with British Entrepreneur Peter de Savary at his exclusive Private Plantation in Yemassee, SC. Brenda is excited about her involvement with The Ridge at Chukker Creek. She calls it a piece of Heaven on Earth!
