Here at the Ridge we are focused on community. We chose Aiken for its easy living charm and pre-existing wonderful sense of community and we are creating our own village within it. The Ridge has community life at the heart of things. Our planned community amenities include:

A waterfront meeting house where you can have a drink with friends and watch the sun set.
A community garden for growing vegetables, herbs and flowers.
An athletic center for working out or swimming with friends.
Tennis courts where you can meet for games and invite guests.

Horses and horse owners will love The Ridge Stables. Enjoy a leisurely hack with stable-mates along the miles of trails and then relax in the lounge and watch horses schooling in the planned covered arena.

The Ridge is a walkable community. The climate is wonderfully mild. We have broad, quiet streets, lots of green space, a nature preserve and over 7 miles of trails. You'll love strolling over to visit with neighbors or to gather any of the fabulous community facilities.
